Age Verification: jilbet employs mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at jilbet's sole discretion. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the jilbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you agree to:

jilbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
jilbet supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
GCash Withdrawals: Verified accounts typically receive GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may vary between one (1) and three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name.

- jilbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, jilbet is required to report transactions that meet the thresholds prescribed by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
jilbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
General bonus conditions applicable to all jilbet promotions include:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, account status, or payment method restrictions.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
- Bonuses have a validity period. Any unused bonus balance or associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
- jilbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
All games available on the jilbet Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed and audited third-party game providers. The outcomes of all games are determined independently and cannot be influenced by jilbet or any player.
Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge that:
- Gambling involves risk and you may lose some or all funds wagered.
- Past results do not predict or influence future outcomes.
- The house edge is a permanent mathematical feature of all casino games.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jilbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account. jilbet's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or poker formats.
- Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform.
- Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 21.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

- Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond jilbet's reasonable control.
- Errors in game outcomes subsequently determined to have resulted from a technical fault, where jilbet has applied its standard resolution procedure.
jilbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
- Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
- Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. jilbet is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jilbet support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
jilbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilbet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and jilbet, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jilbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
